Resumen

A phaseguide-based optofluidic router (PHASOR) is presented. By using phaseguides, DI-water can be pinned in the required angle so that light incident undergoes total internal reflection and can be reflected towards one of the six output channels without movable parts. In addition, the PHASOR is coupled to two enzymatically-functionalized photonic lab on a chip (PhLoC). Using real rat serum samples, we were able to monitor L-Lactate and Glucose in real time using a single light source.
