Resumen
Industry 5.0 aims for high productivity with a focus on sustainability, resilience, and human-centricity. It seeks to create an industrial environment that is economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable, where the evaluation of industrial processes and environments is crucial. Similarly, simulations are seen as valuable tools to achieve this evaluation in a less time-consuming and more cost-effective manner. Therefore, this study combines both ideas to evaluate the 6 Big Losses proposed by Nakajima from a triple perspective (economic, productive, and environmental) through simulation environments. This approach has been proven in a simulation use case, demonstrating the advantages of using this technology and highlighting the possibility of evaluating the 6 Big Losses not only from a productive perspective but also from an economic and environmental one.
